Who you're working with
We’re Karla and Antonio, a Salvadoran couple who loves this country and everything it has to offer.
Karla is a licensed REALTOR® in Calgary, Canada, where she leads a real estate team and also works as a mortgage broker. She knows international buyers, contracts and complex transactions.
Antonio spent years in construction and building. He knows what makes a property solid, what it will cost to fix, and what it can become.
When we came back home, we saw so much opportunity, and so many people abroad who didn’t know who to trust. So we started El Salvador Realty Group here, with the same standards and honesty we use in Canada.
Today we help owners sell to buyers around the world, and we help people from abroad, Salvadorans coming home, Canadians, Americans and investors, find their place in El Salvador.
For us, real estate isn’t just about properties. It’s about the life you imagine when you walk into that home, the possibilities when you buy that land, or the security that comes from making a smart investment.
