We’re Karla and Antonio — a Salvadoran couple who loves this country and everything it has to offer.
For years, we each built our careers in different places. I (Karla) worked in real estate in Canada, helping people buy, sell, and invest. Antonio worked in construction, learning everything about building and developing properties. We didn’t know it then, but we were collecting the exact skills we’d later need for what we do now.
In 2020, we decided it was time to come back home. We wanted to reconnect with our roots, spend more time here, and be part of the changes happening in El Salvador. When we started looking into the real estate market, we saw so much opportunity — but also realized there wasn’t always someone to guide you in a personal, straightforward way.
That’s when El Salvador Realty was born.
We started this business because we wanted to help people — whether you’re a Salvadoran living abroad, someone moving here for the first time, or a local ready for your next step — feel confident and excited about buying, selling, or investing in El Salvador.

Meanwhile, Antonio’s background in construction provided invaluable insights into the intricacies of property development and management.
In 2020, fueled by a desire to reconnect with our roots and driven by a shared vision, we made the decision to invest in real estate in El Salvador.
