What Casa Care does
We take care of the work a home needs to stay in good shape: AC service, pool care, power washing, regular home checks, and getting the house ready before you or your guests arrive. After every visit, you get photos on WhatsApp, so you always see your home with your own eyes.
Two simple monthly plans
Casa Care: starting at $195 a month
For owners who live here part of the year or are away, with or without a caretaker.
- Home check every 2 weeks, with photos on WhatsApp
- AC filters cleaned every 2 weeks, deep service every 3 months
- Power washing once a month: outside walls, patios, walkways and pool deck
- Outdoor pest spray and cobweb removal, so you don’t come back to ants and cockroaches
- Taps, toilets, appliances and Wi-Fi checked at every visit
- Extra check after big storms
- Utilities and bills paid from your owner’s fund
- A monthly summary of work done and spending
Have a pool? Add weekly pool care for $120 a month.
Airbnb Ready: starting at $350 a month
For owners who run their own Airbnb. You handle the listing, the pricing and the guests. We take care of everything on the ground.
- Weekly pool care
- 2 guest turnovers a month, with laundry and dusting
- Photos and a walkthrough video after every turnover, done the way Airbnb asks for damage claims
- AC filters every 2 weeks, Wi-Fi checked every turnover
- Extra turnovers $60 each

Already have a caretaker? We work alongside them
Many owners already have someone watching the house, and that’s great. Your caretaker can keep an eye on things and skim the pool every day. We bring the technical care, the checks and the photos, so nothing is missed.
How it works
- Setup visit. We get to know your home, take photos of its condition and set up your keys.
- Monthly care. The same small, trusted team comes on a set schedule.
- You see everything. Photos after every visit and a monthly summary of the work and spending.
Need an electrician, plumber or painter? For our monthly clients, we find someone we trust, coordinate and check the work, for the cost plus 10%. Prices are for a typical home. Larger homes, lots and gardens get a custom quote after a first visit.
